Four Boston Police officers were taken to the hospital Thursday morning after they were exposed to a man who may have been cooking meth. The incident happened around 5 a.m.at 182 West Brookline St. “He had a product used to make meth on him, so officers involved in that arrest were taken to BMC as a precaution”, said Officer Rachel McGuire. Stay with 7News as this story develops. They were later released and are expected to be o.k., police said. “I told them ‘I’ve never seen that individual in my life”, Stuecken said later. The suspect allegedly had the chemical in his vehicle at the time of his arrest. Boston Fire Department spokesman Steve Macdonald said firefighters helped clear the scene and check the unknown liquids.
