HAZMATTERS: CF Industries Emergency Services
Today we want to recognize the HAZMATTERS of CF Industries Emergency Services. These industrial responders are staffed at sites all around the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. With a home base of Deerfield, Illinois, these 500 members worldwide protect local manufacturing complexes, and distribution terminals with highly trained HAZMAT technician experience.
As industrial responders, these teams come into contact and mitigate some nasty stuff! Some of the products involved at their locations include Ammonia, Ammonia Nitrate, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Nitric Acid, and Sulfuric Acid.
With many different locations, equipment differs from site to site. Locations have mobile equipment capable of responding to on AND off-site hazardous materials incidents.
