More and more food trucks are on the road and create a unique set of hazards for first responders beyond ordering the ‘Ultimate Burrito’. Â In an accident there may be unrestrained victims in the rear with burn injuries from the ‘kitchen’ in addition to traumatic injuries. Â Refrigerants and hot cooking oil are two unique possibilities but it is the propane which could cause an explosion.
