Back in the day technical reference was mostly printed references based on regulatory data. Â Now we have electronic references, plume air modeling, and probably the most used if available….google.
What is your primary reference? Â Do you have a back-up? Â Does your team know your plan? Â Do you perform tech ref or another team on their way to the scene? Â Think about it today and dust off the old books.
