NEAR HAYFIELD, Minn. (KTTC) — High winds lead to some dangerous conditions out on the roads on Wednesday morning as fresh snow was whipped around.
KTTC had a crew on the scene of a crash involving a tanker truck in Dodge County just before 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
It happened near Hayfield at County Road 9 just south of Highway 30.
Our crew on the scene said driving conditions were very poor at the time with near whiteout conditions.
A semi tanker and another vehicle were involved in the crash. The truck could be seen in the ditch. At this time, it’s unknown if there are injuries. The Minnesota State Patrol said it is working on reconstructing the scene.
