HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Emergency personnel converged at Solvay on Revolution Street Saturday night due to a hazardous materials incident outside the building, according to officials.
After 7:15 p.m., the Susquehanna Hose Company reported its crew and the Harford County Department of Emergency Services were at the scene.
Two barrels outside the building in the 1300 block of Revolution Street had experienced an exothermic reaction, the hose company reported.
